Good beach at the hotel. Very calm and quite. 24H shop close by to buy some stuff to eat / drink once there is nothing available at the hotes after 09pm.
Staff was not too bad. At the reception the jung man that was mostly there didn't know a lot to help. I asked for Bus routes, places to go, etc. He was never sure about anything. No room service avalilable. No travel agency / representative at the hotel.

It offers the best location right by Cancun Bay Resort as well as the airport. What's more, it's 100 ft from Playa Las Perlas.

Nice staff, various dining options. Good entertainment programme
Unfortunately, they gave us a room with a stupid view. But it was not that bad because we were hardly in the room.

A good worth for the money - close to center area of the hotels and fair rooms
Horrible restaurant at the hotel and very poor breakfast. The staff is not welcoming, expensive, poor dishes.. The hotel is in a pretty poor shape, the structures and pools are old.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Cancun, had much fun and met super-friendly staff with their great service. The double room was functional, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The bed was very comfy, and there was an awesome bathroom. The vibe here was special!

The Japanese restaurant was a standout, offering beautifully modern dishes. Enjoying drinks at the jacuzzi bar while basking in the sun made our visit relaxing.

Perfect for who wann take an excusion to isla mujeres. The beach is more like a port than a beach so don't stay for more than one night.

The staff were helpful and always
The pools were relaxing, and the food was varied and delicious. The area around the hotel was a bit noisy at times, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for.

Particularly good location, the hotel was spotless.
Everything was simply really good. Came in Cancun to relax and have fun, this small hotel was lovely place for doing it. Liked staying at the a double room with fantastic seaview. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the sushi bar. Lucky me, got wake up calls free of charge too.
